DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A AKC Pet Registered male puppy is $2,500.00 , a female puppy is $3000. A $500 dollar deposit is required to hold a Yorkie puppy. Deposits must specify male or female puppy. No puppy is considered sold until a deposit is received. Checks are accepted for deposits but must clear before a puppy is considered sold. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, unless something happens to the puppy before he/she is ready to go to their new home. We will start to show the puppies at the age of 3-4 weeks. Balance for the puppy along with all shipping charges must be received by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old, unless you are picking up your puppy then you can pay the balance in cash at that time. If you wish to pick up your puppy and would like to pay with papal or personal check your funds MUST clear before the time of pickup.
No puppy will be held without the full deposit. We will hold a puppy for up to 10 days after it is ready to go to their new home. After 10 days we have the right to resell the puppy and you forfeit your deposit unless a prior mutual agreement is made.
We love it when the new puppy owners are able to pick up their new baby at our home in Western NY. If you live out of state and are unable to pick up your baby, there are lap nanny's that can pick up and deliver your puppy to you through the airlines. Ideally we love it when you can pick your puppy up. You would get to see where the puppy is raised and meet the mom and dad.
WE ACCEPT PERSONEL CHECKS AND PAYPAL FOR DEPOSITS. WE ALSO ACCEPT PERSONEL CHECKS FOR FINAL PAYMENT ONLY IF YOUR CHECK REACHES US 3 WEEKS BEFORE DELIVERY OF YOUR PUPPY (IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHECK TO CLEAR). WE ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. IF PAYING WITH PAYPAL ADD A 3% CHARGE FOR PAYPAL SERVICES AND CANADA RESIDENCE ADD 5%
If at any time you feel you can no longer care for the puppy you purchased from us, please let us know, we will take him/her back or work with you in finding him/her a good home. Sorry but we DO NOT offer refunds.

WE ALSO LIKE TO TALK TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS EVEN IF IT IS THROUGH EMAIL. WHEN SENDING A EMAIL, PLEASE GIVE US ALITTLE INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF. ALLOWING A PUPPY TO BE BORN INTO THIS WORLD ALREADY FULL OF DOGS IN NEED OF HOMES IS A RESPONSIABILITY WE DON'T TAKE LIGHTLY. OUR PUPPY'S HAVE PARENTS THAT HAVE GREAT TEMPERMENTS AND HEALTHYE DO NOT SELL TO PET STORES, AND ALSO WILL NOT SELL A ENTIRE LITTER TO ONE INDIVIDUAL.
